Real, doable actions only. Not "believe in myself" - things you could actually do tomorrow. To find love: sign up to the app, say yes to the night out, message that person. To get fit: book the class, lay out tomorrow's kit, swap the wine for water. To grow your income: send the application, ask for the raise, post the offer. One action per line.
